Born and raised in Pelham, NH, Rachel is a local Bishop Guertin graduate who continued her education at Johnson & Wales University. Upon receiving her degrees in both Pastry Arts and Entrepreneurship she then ventured over to Italy where she completed a two-year Culinary Arts program. Rachel used this experience to grow Allora (formally, Life's What U Bake of It) and transform her online business into a storefront combined with Riverwalk Cafe in Nashua and The Black Forest in Amherst.
